Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and moderate 
offerings. Select and Choice round cuts steady while rib, chuck, and loin cuts 
weak. Beef trimmings higher on moderate demand and light offerings.
