Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on light to moderate demand and light offerings.
Select and Choice rib and loin cuts firm while chuck and round items steady to
weak. Beef trimmings lower on light to moderate demand and moderate to heavy
offerings.

Weekly Egg Sets for the week ending 11/22 - 216 million, up 3% from eggs sets a 
year ago. Chick placement week ended 11/22- 165 million, up 2% from a year ago.

Prices are 2 cents higher on all sizes.  The undertone is higher.               
Supplies are very light on Large, light to moderate on the balance 
of sizes.  Offerings remain light.  Demand is fairly good to good.   
Market activity is active.
