Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak on Select and firm on Choice on light to moderate 
demand and light offerings. Select and Choice round and loin cuts steady to 
weak  while chuck cuts steady to firm. Select rib cuts steady while Choice 
higher. Beef trimmings firm on moderate demand and light to moderate offerings.
