Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to firm on light to moderate demand and light
offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, loin cuts firm while chuck items weak.
Beef trimmings steady to weak on light demand and light to moderate offerings.

Prices are 2 cents higher on all sizes. Trade sentiment is steady to higher. 
Supplies are mixed but usually moderate for needs. Offerings are light to 
moderate. Retail and distributive demand is moderate. Market activity is 
moderate to active.
